Children and Family Services

Every year in New Hampshire, hundreds of young children with unidentified disabilities enter school with learning and health issues that put them far behind their peers and have a lasting, negative effect on their ability to meet their full potential. At Easterseals NH, we believe every child deserves the right to have access to programs and services that will enhance their growth and development.

It is our goal to ensure that each child born with a disability is given the support necessary to participate fully in life and to have dreams and hopes, successes and achievements. Therefore, we provide a variety of services for children from birth to age 21 and their families.

Our children and family services include:

Renee
Renee came to Easterseals as a child, and is now all grown up!

With help from Easterseals, Renee went from being told that she would never walk again to being an avid walker. When she was 8-years-old, she was hit by a car while on a family vacation, and ended up in a coma.

Immediately after the accident, she was rushed to the hospital where her parents were told that she was going to need brain surgery.
