Our therapists and specialists are experts in their field helping our clients build the skills and access the resources they need to live, learn, work and play. 

Donna Dung | Physical Therapy Assistant

donna dung Donna Dung embodies the Easterseals Massachusetts mission in her work as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA). As part of the Rehabilitation Services team, not only do she get to provide direct therapy to individuals, her services also help fund the other ESMA programs, therefore widening your impact on individuals who are in need. Kristi says: "There's always an opportunity to learn more and to discover new solutions. The technology is always changing. I found my niche at Easter Seals and plan to stay until I need to retire." Kim Madar | Board-Certified Applied Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Kim Madar Kim Madar is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Easterseals Massachusetts (ESMA). She knew of ESMA's long history of empowering individuals with disabilities, and she was excited for the opportunity to be a part of their ABA program. Kim loves working for ESMA, as she has the opportunity to work with fellow therapists who are just as dedicated and passionate about their field as she is. Kristi | Augmentative & Alternative Communication Specialist

Kristi "It's easy to see why schools and parents can feel overwhelmed," reflects Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Specialist Kristi Peak-Oliveira. Peak-Oliveira is a speech-language pathologist who has provided AAC services for almost 30 years, 20 with Easterseals. "When I began as a speech-language pathologist, there was a limited range of communication devices," she says. "Now there are so many options. And new apps are released all the time."

Adam Costello | Veterans Program Coordinator

Adam smiling in front of an american flag Meet Adam Costello, Worcester native, Army Veteran and Care Coordinator for Easterseals Massachusetts' newly launched Military and Veterans Services. Adam served in the United States Army as an Armored Vehicle Crewmember and a Medic from 2005 until 2012. He now helps Veterans and their families by giving them a hand up, not a hand out.
