If 2020 taught us anything, it’s that there is power in a community and that our community is stronger than we ever realized. It transcends limitations, finds ways to adapt to seemingly impossible situations, and lifts people up when they need it most.
The Celebration of Giving Telethon will be held on Saturday, April 17, 2021. Even though the Telethon will look slightly different this year, our goal is the same - provide services to children and adults with disabilities, those with special needs, and their families that we serve annually in Joliet, Kankakee, and surrounding areas.
Since 1995, the Telethon has helped young children, people with disabilities, their families, and caregivers get the services and supports they need to reach their full potential. Over the years, the Telethon has raised over $4 million to ensure that Easterseals Joliet Region can continue to provide life-changing direct care, and support to so many who call upon us.
We realize that these are uncertain times for all of us, but they are especially daunting for the vulnerable people we serve. Easterseals Joliet Region looks forward to a year full of impact, innovation, support, and empowerment for individuals with disabilities, and their families.
Please help keep Easterseals vital and strong in 2021 by supporting our programs and services with a donation to our annual community event.
We hope that you will consider a sponsorship/donation for our annual event. Please review the opportunities and indicate your participation.
