The Easterseals Rehabilitation Center in Evansville, IN, is currently seeking a full-time Human Resources Business Partner. Basic Responsibilities:

  • Full cycle recruiting to include sourcing, applicant tracking, candidate evaluation, interviewing, pre-hire screening, job offer, and orientation/on-boarding.
  • Networking within the community to generate referrals and develop community contacts.
  • Represent the organization at job/career fairs.
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve recruiting targets.
  • Support other human resource functions as assigned.


The right candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently, and utilize creative approaches to problem solve.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, & organizational skills
  • Must be able to work as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, and talent management required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook) required.


  • Prior role in Human Resources is preferred
  • Non-profit experience preferred
