SALARY $38,000-$40,000 PLUS OVERTIME!

Basic Responsibilities:

Group Home Manager/QIDPs lead the day-to-day operations of the Group Home by supervising and evaluating direct care staff and ensuring the needs of the residents are met and that active treatment services are fully implemented. They also develop and implement individual program plans for each resident while maintaining regular and positive contact with the residents' families. This position works directly with residents alongside staff as needed (5 hours per week or more on average). Responsibilities also include household management, staff hiring and training, staff supervision, paperwork, and corporate compliance. The position is full-time, exempt, with a rotating on-call schedule.


  • RN or Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, special education, or a related area
  • 1-2 years experience with individuals who have developmental disabilities
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, & organizational skills
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
  • Must pass MANDT behavior training and pass recertification in MANDT annually
  • Must hold current CPR card or pass CPR training and recertify as required
  • Must pass any necessary medical treatment training as to provide proper client care
  • Must maintain valid driver's license & valid car insurance & provide proof as needed
  • Must pass a physical, drug screen, TB test, and background checks

  • Ability to assist clients in activities including kneeling, crouching, reaching, and bending
  • Ability to lift and transfer, with assistance, individuals who weigh up to 250 pounds
  • Ability to push large adults in wheelchairs
  • Ability to lift 70 pounds occasionally and 40 pounds routinely
