Our non-profit Outpatient Center is comprised of therapists who are dedicated to providing services that enhance the health and well-being of our patients. We provide those services on a one-on-one basis using the time needed to help our patients reach the best possible outcomes.

Our Programs

Traumatic Brain Injury 

Our Brain Injury Program has been helping persons with brain injury for many years. We provide a true interdisciplinary team approach with weekly physician and staff meeting to discuss patient care. Our staff has the knowledge, experience and innovative approaches needed for the best possible outcomes.

Stroke Specialty Program

Our stroke program ensures excellent patient care based on state-of-the-art approaches such as Neuromuscular and Functional Electrical Stimulation, unweighted gait systems, and computer-based cognitive remediation tools together with stroke education; prescriptive exercise; community re-integration programs; and home assessments.

Pediatric Rehabilitation

The Pediatric Rehabilitation Program (PREP) addresses the specialized needs of children ages 4 and older. The program provides Neuropsychological testing, Sensory Integration Therapy, and Speech Therapy to provide a comprehensive approach to diagnoses that include Autism Spectrum Disorders, PDD, Tactile Defensiveness, stuttering and more.

Orthopedic Therapy

Orthopedic Therapy focuses on the treatment of sprains, fractures, surgical repairs and other injuries. Our therapists help restore optimal functioning at home, work or in sports-related settings. We provide evidenced-based care in a well-equipped and caring environment.

Physical Therapy

Our Physical Therapists treat a variety of conditions resulting from injuries, stroke, traumatic brain injury, range of motion limitations, balance and gait (walking) problems, musculoskeletal pain and orthopedic repairs.

Occupational Therapy

Our Occupational Therapists work with limitations, injuries or other problems of the upper body. They also work on restoring a person’s Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s) after surgery, stroke or other acute trauma.

Speech Therapy

Our speech and language pathologists treats disorders involving problems with cognition and memory; speech articulation; expressive, receptive aphasia, other communication deficits and difficulty swallowing.Our Speech & Language Pathologists treats disorders involving problems with cognition and memory; speech articulation; expressive, receptive aphasia, other communication deficits and difficulty swallowing.

Neuropsychology

A neuropsychologist examines the relationship between physical changes in the brain and cognitive or behavioral changes. Our neuropsychologists specialize in the assessment of individuals with dysfunctions resulting from brain injury, concussion, autism, chemotherapy, memory loss and more.

  • Dementia Clinic - This specialized Dementia Clinic will be held monthly to aid in the evaluation of dementia, assess for functional activities of daily living skills, and to provide resources to patients and their caregivers.

Clinical Social Work

The licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental and health services for the prevention and treatment of mental, behavioral and emotional problems. Our Social Worker also provides case management services to assist with program and resource accessibility. Our goal is to enhance the individual’s physical, psychological and social functions.
