Medical and behavioral health services at Easterseals will help you or a family member achieve and maintain greater independence. These services might be recommended in the case of a birth condition, developmental delays, injury, cognitive or behavioral changes, mental illness, or other ailment. Our team is composed of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech and language pathologists, licensed clinical social workers, and neuropsychologists. Our team works with children and adults to support their ability to reach education goals, maintain work, engage in their community, and lead meaningful lives. As part of our services, we offer specialized programs and group events such as fall and memory screenings, dementia educational programs, and PEERS® social skills programs, among others.

About Our Medical Rehabilitation Programs
Our non-profit Outpatient Center is comprised of therapists who are dedicated to providing services that enhance the health and well-being of our patients. We provide those services on a one-on-one basis using the time needed to help our patients reach the best possible outcomes.
