Easterseals Serving Greater Cincinnati welcomes Ilaria Rawlins of First Financial Bank and Aaron Steele of Procter & Gamble to its Board of Directors. Each will serve a three year term.
Rawlins is the Retail Bank President for First Financial Bank, driving retail strategy and leading 145 retail banking centers throughout Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois. Rawlins grew up in the retail industry, always having a desire to help and connect with people. Through her own very personal experience, Rawlins is a passionate advocate for those with special needs.
Steele is the Senior Director for Hair Care brands at P&G, responsible for understanding the needs and ambitions of consumers and then turning those insights into award-winning advertising campaigns, new products, and growth strategies to enable P&G to achieve its long-term growth goals. Steele is a proud husband and father of two daughters, which has inspired him to become a passionate champion for Equality & Inclusion. He helps lead P&G’s Equality & Inclusion Strategy with a specific focus on creating a more inclusive workforce and training managers on how to lead inclusive teams. Aaron is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Business Economics.
Easterseals Serving Greater Cincinnati provides workforce development for people living with disabilities, veterans, and those facing historic economic disadvantages with the goal of increasing self-sufficiency and reducing the need for publicly funded benefits. In 2019, more than 700 people served by Easterseals achieved employment with estimated first-year earnings of more than $12 million.
