Our Businesses

Building skills and self-sufficiency through social enterprise

There is no better way to ensure the employment readiness of the people we serve than by first employing them ourselves. These businesses also provide community and business solutions to Greater Cincinnati. Our paid employment training opportunities include:

Construction Training at Building Value

An experienced deconstruction service, we offer on-the-job training, creating a foundational employment experience for second-chance workers and people with disabilities. Participants have the opportunity to learn skilled trades and earn industry-recognized certifications. The materials salvaged from deconstruction sites are sold to the public in the Northside retail center, creating more employment opportunities for people with disabilities and disadvantages.
