Prosperity for All

Poverty can span generations. Easterseals Prosperity for All was created to break this cycle. We empower lower-income adults to provide better lives for their dependents, so the entire family can build a more successful future together.

Easterseals Prosperity for All is designed for adults with dependents whose household income is up to 200% of federal poverty guidelines. Participation in Prosperity for All may fulfill Ohio Works First work requirements while you receive no-cost training for some of Ohio’s most in-demand careers.

Your journey starts with a visit with an Easterseals case manager. They will review your goals and help identify what barriers might be standing in the way of a better career. These challenges might include housing, transportation, child care, not completing high school, and many other factors.

Once your goals are set and barriers identified, our staff will help make sure you are maximizing your benefits so you can focus on career development. Our educational partners can help you find success training for in-demand careers, such as advanced manufacturing, pharmacy technician, phlebotomy (blood draws for healthcare), logistics, and more.

Your Prosperity for All case manager will offer guidance and support throughout your journey. They will help you set new goals as you build upon your successes, reaching toward a career that offers you and your family greater independence and self-sufficiency.

Easterseals Prosperity for All is provided with support from United Way of Greater Cincinnati and community funders.
