Greater Cincinnati is experiencing a building boom. That makes NOW the perfect time to start your career in construction. Contractors are having a tough time finding enough skilled labor to meet demand. And with many members of the construction workforce nearing retirement age, demand is only going to go up.

Easterseals FastTrac gives you a solid foundation to find your fit in the skilled trades in just 12 weeks. Our pre-apprenticeship program uses a blended learning model that combines online instruction with hands-on training in our construction lab and real-world building sites.

Our low student-to-instructor ratio gives you personalized learning and support for future career success. And our industry connections allow you to explore the many apprenticeship and career options available to you.

  • Paid work experiences through Easterseals Building Value and Messer Construction available to those who qualify


  • 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Resident of Butler, Clermont, Hamilton, or Warren County
  • Able to attend daytime training


  • Funding may cover up to 100% of training costs for those who qualify
  • Can be taken while receiving unemployment benefits or cash assistance
  • Private pay option available
