Summary:

Salary range is $45,000 to $50,000, based on experience (full-time plus benefits)

Basic Responsibilities:

Easterseals Florida is a disability service organization that provides a wide range of services to help children and adults with disabilities with limitless possibilities.  We are seeking a seasoned Data Collection & Outcomes Specialist to develop and manage our data collection and outcomes in order to evaluate and analyze the success, satisfaction and impact of our disability services, goals and objectives within these services and programs. In this position, you will be developing program performance measures, surveys, compiling results and analyzing data, as well as providing reports, graphs and trends.  You will create infographics, reports, statements and stories articulating the impact of our services. Other duties include researching community data and statistics relating to disability services and needs, grants, the Social Determinants of Health (SDoH), demographics and the like.

You must be able to customize tools to collect and analyze data using electronic systems and prepare and present reports and graphs. We use multiple data systems, both internal and external. We need a professional who will work closely with our service delivery teams, network with other data collection workgroups, and demonstrate the impact Easterseals Florida has for all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; or five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High level database, graphs and spreadsheet skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Solid communication skills
  • Detail-oriented/critical thinking skills
  • Creativity - thinking outside the box
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle for program related business
  • Due to the need to drive for the organization to complete job functions, you must be at least 21 years old
