Throughout the pandemic, Easterseals has kept our Outpatient Therapy staff working with full pay and benefits, uninterrupted. We value our staff and the services they provide to families within our community, especially in times like these. We provide a mix of center based, community based and telehealth services to children and adults throughout the state of Delaware. Easterseals is seeking Clinical Coordinators of Outpatient Therapy Services, at both our New Castle and Sussex County Delaware locations. The Clinical Coordinator will provide oversight of daily operations for our Part C Early Intervention program, pediatric and adult therapy services, and will lead a team of highly skilled and tenured therapists, child development specialists, and support staff. Responsibilities include ensuring quality programming that adheres to Federal regulations for both child and adult therapy services, management of insurance and referral processes, and implementation of the strategic plan to reach goals for this fast growing therapy program. Due to the size of this program, prior supervision experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in PT, OT, Speech/Language Pathology or Early Childhood Education, and have at least 6 years of clinical experience. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, be customer service focused, and competent in use of technology. Easterseals offers a competitive salary, comprehensive health benefits, and generous paid time off, a retirement plan with a company match, and funding for professional association dues, licensure and required CEUs. Interested candidates submit your resume and references to M. Blankenship at EEOE
