The last couple of weeks have been tough ones for all of us. At Easterseals, we had to make the difficult decision to temporarily suspend our adult day programs. It was heartbreaking to do so, but we know it was a necessary step to protect the health and safety of the families we serve and our staff.
We’re doing our best to continue to meet the needs of as many families as we can by serving them remotely, including delivering children’s therapy services to our youngest clients through tele-therapy.
Many of you have reached out to us asking how you can help Easterseals at this time. Closure of some of our key services to cope with the coronavirus means your support is more critical than ever! We want to be able to resume services as soon as it is safe to do so. Making a donation, whether large or small, can help assure that that can happen.
This video shares the joy of the 100th anniversary of our national organization, which we celebrated last year. It’s a reminder that, just as we’ve come through some tough times in the past, we will do it again. It’s imperative that we do, because people with disabilities and seniors in Delaware and on Maryland’s Eastern Shore are depending on us.
Thank you for making a difference in the lives of the people we serve.
See how your dollars make a difference in Delaware and on Maryland's Eastern Shore!
