Easterseals provides programs designed to help children and adults learn—and often re-learn—basic functions, master skills needed to develop and thrive, and be sharp and active as they age.

Easterseals Learnng Academy

The Easterseals Central Illinois Learning Academy is approved by the Illinois State Board of Education as a non-public private facility serving students aged three to twenty-one years. Services to schools

Easterseals teachers and clinical staff have extensive training and expertise in providing services to children who have disabilities. That's our job! We are experts in child development and therapeutic approaches that transform students who have learning challenges. Schools and districts can access this knowledge and expertise through consultation and training services. We invite teachers, school administrators, and related service staff to visit and observe our model school. Schools struggling to meet the learning challenges of intensive students may access our team of expert learning consultants. Ranging from on-site classroom observations, individual behavior assessments, or team conferences, our consultation team can provide recommendations for improving teaching techniques, strategies, and the entire learning environment.
