Now offering teletherapy
To an individual with a developmental disability, daily routines can be crucial to their growth and learning potential.
With the threat of COVID-19, life is definitely uncertain right now. Not only has the routine of a child or adult with a disability changed, but the lives of their parents and caregivers have changed as well.
At Easterseals Arkansas, we know routines are important to everyone and we're finding ways to maintain the routine our clients have been accustomed to when it comes to their therapy. Recently, we launched our teletherapy program to children in our outpatient therapy programs. This form of telemedicine is provided through a live video connection over the internet, using your laptop, phone or tablet.
Our therapists are communicating directly with the families to schedule conventient times to do virtual therapy sessions.
