About ABA

ABA...well what's that you say? ABA is a wonderful therapy designed to assist with behavior challenges and increase communication, social and play, and life skills for learners typically diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) will assess and design individualized treatment goals. Our team of highly trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) will work directly with the learners on the goals identified by the BCBAs.

To learn more about receiving an ASD diagnosis, please visit the Arkansas Department of Human Service website.

ABA at Easterseals

ABA at Easterseals is being implemented into the learners day-to-day, meaning they will have their own one-to-one RBT with them throughout their school day. This RBT will work with the learner to assist them in navigating work tasks and behavioral episodes as needed.

The ABA team will work alongside the learners team (i.e., SLPs, OTs, PTs, and Teachers) to ensure the quality of care your learner deserves.

Easterseals Arkansas is committed to provide quality and compassionate care to all individuals, regardless of race or culture background. We are dedicated to creating and maintaining a workplace in which all employees have an opportunity to participate and contribute to the success of the organization and are valued for their skills, experience and unique perspectives. This is immersed in Easterseals policy as the way we do business.
