Sensitive Santa Makes Christmas Extra Special

Easterseals UCP Helps Families Enjoy the Holidays

Ahoskie, NC, December 21, 2018

Every winter, Easterseals UCP offices in North Carolina and Virginia provide holiday programs catering to children and their families living with special needs, disabilities and mental health challenges.

sensitive santaSensitive Santa events hosted at various Easterseals UCP EMPOWER offices provided many children with an opportunity to meet Santa in a calm environment rather than a noisy mall or places that are sensory challenging. For some, it is the first time they met Jolly Ole St. Nick.

Check out our video from the EMPOWER Sensitive Santa event in Ahoskie.
