Winston-Salem, N.C., August 29, 2016
WINSTON-SALEM, NC- The 7th Annual Easterseals UCP CVS Triad Golf Tournament on July 29th was a huge success. Thanks to our sponsors, participants and the staff at the Meadowlands Golf Club.
With the help of 40 golfers, the tournament raised nearly $4,000 for programs for children and adults with disabilities at Easterseals UCP. We would like to thank our generous sponsors: Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Biscuitville, E&M ESR, Inc, Bill Black Chevrolet, CVS, and the Meadowlands Golf Club.
For the past couple of years, this tournament has been dedicated to Thomas Parrott. He was a beloved husband, father, brother, son, grandfather, uncle, nephew and friend. Aside from being a proud Marine, Thom dedicated a life-long career in retail pharmacy and frequently said that he was “the most blessed man in the world.” In May of 2014, CVS Pharmacy lost Thom, a Region Manager, unexpectedly. This tournament honors his memory and his continued support for the individuals with disabilities at Easterseals UCP.
