Employment Services

Celebrating Disability Employment Awareness Month and applauding the Easterseals UCP Front Line & the people we serve in Employment Services.

Easterseals UCP provides Employment Services for adults with disabilities, enabling individuals to earn wages and develop skills.  The programs are available to individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and individuals with mental health or substance use challenges.

Supported Employment for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities
We provide one-on-one assistance at a person's job site to help develop skills and build supportive relationships with co-workers and employers.  These services also help individuals with disabilities identify career interests and skills, and connect them with meaningful, competitive jobs with community employers.  Learn more about our services.

Transition to Employment

Individual Placement and Support Services
