Easterseals Disability Employment Services Network (EDESN)

Inclusion is our mission. Employment support is our business.

Easterseals Disability Employment Services Network (EDESN, pronounced “Edison”) provides employment support for people with disabilities who are working or who are looking to enter the workforce in the Washington, DC metro area. We help people with disabilities maintain long-term, meaningful employment by providing customized job support services.

Ticket to Work Program:

EDESN is an approved employment network through the Social Security Ticket to Work Program. The Ticket to Work Program is a self-sufficiency program for Social Security disability beneficiaries aged 18 through 64 who want to work. Take advantage of this free and voluntary Social Security program to increase your earning potential and financial independency.

Our Approach:

Our approach is individualized and comprehensive. EDESN’s customized job support services are tailored to your employment goals. We provide employment preparation, employment support, and benefits counseling, to name just a few services. We are committed to your success.
