The Education & Advocacy Center is dedicated to providing education, training, and advocacy through accessible, effective, and informative resources to people with disabilities, families, caregivers, and human service professionals throughout Southeast Wisconsin. Our goal is to influence attitudes, change systems, empower, and reduce barriers to people with disabilities.
With many years of combined experience working in the disability field, our training staff is in a key position to understand the challenges and gaps in support that prevent individuals with disabilities from participating fully and making a contribution in our society. They also understand the serious challenges that caregivers, support professionals, and human service agencies face in providing quality person-centered care services.
