Respite Programs

Caregiving is a demanding job and no one is equipped to do it alone. Respite care provides caregivers with time to maintain employment or relieve stress while your family member with a disability is being well-cared for. Our Daily Living Skills Group and After School Respite programs offer children and young adults educational and growth opportunities.

Daily Living Skills Group

The Daily Living Skills Group is offered for children ages 7-21 with all types of special needs, including emotional and behavior challenges. It was designed by paraprofessionals to practice daily living skills including self-care and independent daily activities. The group meets three days a week for 2-3 hour sessions and is staffed on a 4 participant to 1 staff member ratio. CLTS Waiver is accepted and a self-pay option is available.
