Learn more about Comcast Corporation

Comcast and NBCUniversal are proud to be making the communities they serve stronger by empowering change makers through technology, innovation, community service, and workforce volunteerism. Their efforts to close the broadband opportunity gap through their digital literacy programs are setting a new standard. Additionally, they develop tomorrow’s leaders through scholarship and mentoring programs.

Easterseals and the Comcast Foundation have established “The Comcast Assistive Technology Fund at Easterseals” to support innovative assistive technology services through a competitive grant process with Easterseals affiliates in Comcast Cable markets.

Through this initiative, Easterseals and Comcast expands successful models of assistive technology services to guide consumers with disabilities on assessment, training, and on-going support that will meet their assistive technology needs throughout their lifespan.

Comcast also makes its Internet Essentials program available for Easterseals friends and families.  Families who have children at home that receive a free or reduced price lunch through the National School Lunch Program may qualify for Internet Essentials from Comcast. The program provides reduced cost internet access for qualifying families.  This program was created to help families get affordable Internet at home, so more children have the opportunity to succeed – in school and in life.
