Ben Trockman was selected as the Local Adult Representative for Easter Seals Southwestern Indiana in 2010, and he's been active in disability advocacy issues, disability awareness, and policy ever since. His involvement with Easterseals took a step further in 2012 when he was nominated as the National Representative for Easterseals. He and his family traveled the country to advocate for the organization and the many, many individuals who benefit from Easterseals services each year.
These days Ben serves on the executive board at Easter Seals Southwestern Indiana and continues to travel throughout the community and the country to advocate for people with disabilities.
Ben lives in Evansville, Indiana, and graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations & Advertising (with a minor in Business Management and Radio and Television Broadcasting) in the spring of 2014. Before beginning his first full-time job after college in Evansville, he worked as an intern for Easterseals Headquarters in the summer of 2014.
