Adult Day Training

Adult Day Training is focused on developing and enhancing skills needed for daily living, as well as increasing their social network.

ADT

The participants of the program enjoy getting involved in the various activities Adult Day Training has to offer.  Activities vary from day-to-day, incorporated with activities and classes that are requested from participants of the program via a monthly Consumer Council. Classes during each month include, but are not limited to: cooking classes, library outings, guy's and ladies Day Out, volunteering opportunities, social skills classes, and reading classes.

We have annual Summer Trips that are determined by individuals of the program; past destinations of our trips include: a cruise to Cozumel, Mexico, a Chicago Cubs baseball game in Cincinnati, Ohio, and relaxing at a beach house in Savannah, Georgia. We have other scheduled trips throughout the year, such as outings to Marion, IL to see the Marion Miner's play baseball, Sikeston, MO for lunch at Lambert's Café, and to parks & attractions that our surrounding area has to offer.
