Early Intervention

Easter Seals Western and Central Pennsylvania’s Franklin Division is an Early Intervention Provider in Crawford, Mercer and Venango Counties. As an Early Intervention Provider, we believe that:

Early Intervention Services are provided to children who meet the State defined eligibility criteria: birth to third birthday, developmental delay, or a congenital or acquired condition that presents a challenge to their ability to communicate, play, move, socialize, think, control their behavior or eat.

Easter Seals and the corresponding County Early Intervention Program Staff work together to assess the child’s needs, enroll them in the program, and develop appropriate services.

All Easter Seals early intervention services are provided in a one on one family based program by qualified licensed therapists and teachers.
