Under the supervision of the site supervisor and Manager of Supported Employment, the Janitorial Assistant is responsible for performing any and all janitorial tasks as directed. He/she is responsible for knowing the cleaning techniques taught at Easterseals and is responsible for independently using proper equipment and cleaning solutions. The Janitorial Assistant spends the majority of the workday performing general office cleaning; vacuuming, dusting, removing trash, cleaning restrooms, sweeping and mopping stairs and stairwells, hallways, bathrooms and other areas as directed. Position located at Bucks Hill Elementary School and Pre-School, Waterbury CT. The Behavior Therapist works under the direction of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst or other classroom personnel providing services to student with disabilities relating to instruction and behavioral plans.
