Julie Jachens, Physical Therapist

J. Jachens

Julie Jachens is a Physical Therapist in Anderson, SC.  She grew up in Anderson, graduated from Clemson University and then graduated from The Medical University of South Carolina in 2004.  After graduating, Julie moved back to Anderson and has been calling it “home” ever since.  Over the past 9 years, she has mainly worked with the pediatric population.  Julie has worked in various settings including outpatient, school, and home health.  She loves children and is so thankful that she gets the privilege of helping them reach their fullest potential!



Beth Teshon - Physical Therapist

B. Teshon

Beth Teshon graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina in 1992 where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Over the many years, she has worked with the pediatric population focusing mainly on the birth to three populations. She has worked in many settings including outpatient clinics, home health, daycares, early head starts, and in homes. She has attended numerous courses including the following: Introduction to NDT, Treating Children with Spasticity, Spasticity Management, Treating the Clumsy Child, Treating the Child with High Tone, Treating the Low Tone Child, Orthotic Technology, Pediatric, and Adult Taping, Pediatric Motor Development, and Wheelchair Assessment. She has worked with children with various diagnoses including orthopedic, neurological, Muscular Dystrophy, syndromes, Autism, gross motor delays, and prematurity. She is an advocate for Early Intervention Services. She believes all children deserve the chance to work toward their optimal potential and be their very best!


Ashley Whitmire- Physical Therapist

Ashley Goodridge PT, DPT is a graduate of South Carolina with a B.A in psychology, In 2009, she attended Duke University where she received a Doctor of Physical Therapy. After graduating she moved to Virginia working in an outpatient setting with adults and children. In 2013, to be closer to family and friends, Ashley moved back to SC where she made Greenville her home. Her love for pediatrics leads her to pursue working full time with the Pediatric population in a natural environment setting. She has discovered a love for working with the early intervention population and it a huge advocate of these services. She loves being a part of these children's lives as they grow and meet significant developmental milestones! Ashley has experience with a variety of disorders and disabilities and is continuously looking for more opportunities to learn and share what she has learned with families.

Keandria Elliott-  Physical Therapist

K. Elliott

Keandria Elliott, PT, DPT grew up in Cross Hill, SC. She received a degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of South Carolina. She continued on to the University of St. Augustine where she received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Throughout her college career, she has worked with children of different abilities, including children with Autism through applied behavioral analysis. Keandria looks forward to working in early intervention to help your child their full potential.

Keith Hunt

K. Hunt

Keith Hunt is an Occupational Therapist located in Spartanburg, SC. He obtained a Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Southern Maine in 2013 and has worked in various pediatric therapy settings since with a primary focus in Early Intervention home services. Originally from Rhode Island but having lived in Maine and Texas prior to the Upstate, Keith has enjoyed working with families and their little ones and making the therapeutic connections that the home based setting encourages. Having worked with families to address a variety of the diagnoses and developmental concerns found within the Early Intervention age range, he is a firm believer in supporting families through education and encouragement so that they themselves may learn how best to engage with their child and promote ongoing development.

Aretha Nixon

A. Nixon

Aretha Nixon, graduated from Sacred Heart University of Fairfield, Connecticut in 2018 with a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Her love for the Pediatric population commenced with a brief internship in the NICU of Yale Hospital. Upon graduating she worked with the Birth-2-Three program and found tremendous satisfaction connecting with this population and watching them progress specifically those with special needs. Aretha finds great joy working with children and is happy to be a part of the difference she contributes to their development.
