QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an ASHA accredited program, current Texas license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence, at least one year's experience, preferably in pediatrics

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate and treat individuals with disabilities, primarily age birth to three.
• Develop and reassess individual treatment plans and provide necessary documentation of treatment and progress.
• Work with the families of children with disabilities, by providing home programs to assist in the carryover of treatment.
• Participates in multi-disciplinary meetings to develop Individual Family Service Plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited Master's Degree Program in Speech Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Pathology.
• Current, valid State of Wisconsin license in Speech Language Pathology.
