Autism Spectrum Disorder is a developmental disability that is characterized by challenges in social interaction, communication, and repetitive or restricted interests. Individuals with ASD will often not learn independently without appropriate, effective treatment.* The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention estimates that about 1 in 68 school-aged children has been identified with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), we utilize the evidence-based strategies of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for the treatment of ASD. This includes treatment in all deficit areas as identified through assessment and observation. The ability to teach new skills and find appropriate alternatives for challenging behavior—documented in a wide variety of peer-reviewed research studies over several decades—has made ABA the standard of care for the treatment of ASD.*
