As Chief Development Officer, Pamela Hawkes oversees all fundraising efforts and activities at Easterseals New Hampshire, including events, appeals, campaigns, donor relations, corporate giving, volunteer coordination, and planned giving. She works closely with executive management and leaders across the organization to set development goals, drive philanthropic growth, and broaden Easterseals’ donor base.
Before joining Easterseals, Hawkes served as director of donor relations for the New Hampshire Community Loan Fund. Prior to that, she spent over thirteen years with Families in Transition, a New Hampshire homelessness and housing provider. There she held several senior development roles, most recently as vice president of resource development.
Hawkes holds a graduate certificate in nonprofit leadership, a master’s degree in marketing, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management, all from Southern New Hampshire University. She is a board member of Girls Inc. of New Hampshire and resides in Sandown.
