Stephanie Ellis

Stephanie has a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida A&M University and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Troy University.

Stephanie has been with the Early Steps Program since July of 2003 as a Family Service Coordinator, Supervisor, Program Manager, Program Director and now as our Vice President- Early Intervention Services.

Stephanie has an extensive background working with children ages 0-3 years with suspected developmental delays.  She also has more than 15 years of combined experience as a case manager and a training coordinator.

Early Steps is a statewide system of early intervention services for families with infants and toddlers who are not reaching age-appropriate milestones. Early Steps providers teach parents and other caregivers ways to improve child development through everyday routines.  Parents with children (birth to 36 months) with concerns about their child’s development can contact our local Early Steps office to make a referral at (386) 873-0365. 

The Early Steps Program covers Volusia, Flagler, Lake, Sumter, and Putnam Counties.
