MIP: Me, In Progress
Mindful Wellness for Flagler County Teens
Funded by Flagler Cares and developed by Easterseals Northeast Central Florida, #MIP: Me, In Progress is a dynamic teen wellness program exclusively offered in Flagler County. #MIP aims to enrich the well-being of high school students through exploration and connection. Teens participating in #MIP gain access to mentors and community leaders, guiding them on paths of self-discovery.
SOAR Youth Program
Supporting Teens at Risk
SOAR Youth is our specialized program catering to teens at risk of homelessness with serious mental illnesses or medical impairments. Through individualized case management and support services, we assist teens in accessing resources, securing affordable housing, and achieving their goals.
STRIVE Program
Empowering Employment and Independence
STRIVE is our comprehensive job placement and support program for teens with disabilities. Offering job readiness training, coaching, and networking opportunities, STRIVE empowers teens with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workforce.

Fostering Cutting-Edge Learning
