Provide meal service support to eligible consumers in a safe, timely, cost effective manner.
Duties include: Provide meal support for daily operation of the Meals Department. Conduct annual assessments for clients to ensure program eligibility and document that client files are up to date in the system and in the files. Maintain all files for the program on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Update the hold list for the meal program on a weekly basis. Update and maintain ServTracker to ensure client information is accurate and up to date on a continuing basis. Ensure that changes are noted in Serv Tracker for recording purposes. On a daily basis, works with meal drivers, payers, case managers and clients to ensure that operations are complete and all clients’ needs are met. Serve as the back up to the meal program assistant.
High school diploma or equivalent; experience with office equipment such as computers, phones, faxes, and scanners; ability to provide excellent customer service; knowledge of ServTracker preferred with willingness to learn essential. Equipment used/machinery required to operate: Telephone/Computer/General Office Equipment.
