Easterseals Midwest Welcomes Cathy Brown as the New Vice President of Employment and Community Services

ST. LOUIS - July 3, 2017 – Easterseals Midwest is pleased to announce Cathy Brown as the organization’s new Vice President of Employment and Community Services. Brown has led a distinguished career in social services and served as the Chairperson of the Congress on Disability Policy and the St. Charles County Coalition of Service Providers’ Legislative Committee. In 2015, the Missouri Health Advocacy Alliance honored her as “Advocate of the Year.”

“Cathy Brown brings tremendous expertise, experience, and leadership to our organization,” said Wendy Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer of Easterseals Midwest. “Her tireless efforts to make the world a better, more inclusive place for people with disabilities epitomizes our mission and we are thrilled to have her lead our Employment and Community Services division.”

As Easterseals Midwest’s Vice President of Employment and Community Services, Brown will oversee an operation supporting more than 800 individuals with disabilities in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, and Kansas City.
