Coronavirus Updates

We are committed to providing essential services to the community while ensuring the health and safety of our staff and the people we serve.

For 100 years Easterseals Michigan has faced every crisis head on and with the belief that we will do whatever we can to deliver the essential services needed by the people that we are honored to serve. We have a history of adapting and evolving to meet the needs of the community. As you know, this is a challenging time unlike anything we have seen before but we remain focused on being there for the community. We have implemented a number of new procedures in order to comply with the recommendations and orders from the CDC and the governor to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved in our service delivery.

Since Easterseals Michigan has been declared an essential service we will remain open for business. While we have amended our services, this does not impact the quality of the service we regularly offer. Our team is still available and will have full access to emails, phones and technology that they had prior to the outbreak.

Lastly, leadership staff will continue to monitor these practices on a weekly basis based on the feedback from local, state and federal health experts.

Here is what we are currently doing:

•We are limiting face-to-face interactions

•We are utilizing telehealth/telephonic services if and when it is possible for those we serve

•We continue to meet people where they are and we are here for them when they need us

If you have questions about COVID-19, please call 1.888.535.6136.

*We will continue to update any changes to our services and location hours on this page. or you can follow us on Facebook www.Facebook.com/EastersealsMI.
