Director of Development: Joseph Reagan
Based in Portland, and a Veteran of the United States Army, Joeseph brings over 15 years of experience acting as an advisor to Fortune 500 companies, non-profit charities, government, and military leaders. Reagan served as the Vice-Chairman of Veterans Count Maine board where he aided in fundraising efforts across the state of Maine. Reagan spent seven years as an active duty Army officer, serving in multiple leadership positions at the strategic and tactical levels. His work spanned both operations and intelligence analysis, including two deployments to Afghanistan. He began his military career as a platoon leader in the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain division where he led a scout sniper platoon in Afghanistan. During his second deployment to Afghanistan, he served as the Deputy Intelligence Officer for the 3rd Brigade. Reagan concluded his military service as a watch officer in the national capital region. Reagan is a graduate of the U.S. Army Mountain Warfare School, Infantry Officer Basic Course, Airborne School, Ranger School, Military Intelligence Officer Captains Career Course, and the Geospatial Intelligence Officers Course. He is the recipient of multiple military awards and decoration including the Meritorious Service Medal, the Bronze Star, the Purple Heart, and the Combat Infantryman’s Badge. Reagan received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a concentration in international relations and a minor in history from Norwich University in 2004, and holds a Master of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. A true Army household, he is married to the former Ms. Tiffany Fagan who was also a Captain in the U.S. Army. They reside with their two sons in Portland, Maine.
Director of Clinical Services: Kaili Irvin
Kaili Irvin, LCSW is a Maine native, receiving her B.S. from the University of Maine in Early Childhood Development and Family Relations with a minor in Psychology and her Master in Social Work from Radford University. Kaili has worked in a variety settings, including residential placement, as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children, in multiple schools which specialize in working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related diagnoses, in Virginia at the Veteran’s Administration and a local Children’s Advocacy Center, and as a Clinician providing in-home mental health. Kaili resides in Portland, Maine.
