To provide direct care, safety and training programs to individuals with developmental disabilities who reside in Easterseals residential homes. Using a variety of interventions drawn from the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, play based models, and relationship-based therapies the Pediatric Behavior Therapist will provide family-centered out patient therapy to families that have children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Additionally, the Pediatric Behavior Therapist will work as a member of a progressive Medical Diagnostic Team under the supervision of our Medical Director and experienced LCSWs.
