Easterseals Rehabilitation Center COVID-19 News and Updates

Last updated March 17, 2022

Planning a visit to the Easterseals Rehabilitation Center during COVID-19 restrictions? Please help us provide a safe, healthy environment for you and others.

Effective March 17, 2022, wearing a mask inside most Easterseals Rehabilitation Center facilities is optional for individuals who are fully vaccinated. This includes most departments at the primary location at 3701 Bellemeade Ave. and at the Easterseals Early Learning Center at 621 S. Cullen Ave.

The CDC does still recommend that all unvaccinated individuals wear a mask, and masks will continue to be available for any staff or visitors who prefer to use them. A client (or the client's parent or guardian) also has the option of requesting that a staff member wear a mask while providing direct services to that client.

Due to state regulations, wearing of masks continues to be required for anyone entering the Aspire Adult Day Services program area.

The Easterseals Rehabilitation Center therapeutic pool may have different guidelines which should be followed by pool staff, clients and visitors.

Please note that these policies may be revised at any time, depending upon changes in status of the pandemic and/or health and safety regulations or recommendations. The well-being of clients, staff and visitors is the top priority of the Easterseals Rehabilitation Center. Thank you for your understanding and help in keeping our community safe and healthy!
