Thanks to everyone who helped the Home Run Sweeps raise $80,660 for therapy!

In a noon drawing at the Easterseals Rehabilitation Center on March 29, 2018, organizers announced that 1,683 tickets were included in the 27th annual Easterseals Home Run Sweeps All-Cash Raffle drawing. Tickets were $100 each and a maximum of 3,000 were available. Easterseals estimates net proceeds from this year’s Home Run Sweeps are approximately $80,662.  Those funds will help to underwrite approximately 1,680 physical, occupational and speech therapy sessions for local individuals with disabilities who couldn’t otherwise afford those life-changing services.

This year's winners...

Officials from Kemper CPA Group verified all tickets and witnessed today’s random drawing.  Easterseals Board Chair Ashley Babcock picked winners of preliminary incentive drawings, and Board of Directors member Brian Hape picked the winning tickets from the raffle bin.  Easterseals Adult Ambassador Tim Bowling of Chandler, IN, shared his story with audience members, and the event was emceed by Clay Roth of HOT96.

The official ticket sales period began January 4, 2018, and ended just before today’s drawing.  The drawing had been postponed from the original date of March 15 due to low ticket sales.
