If you work in the Special Needs Community:
Thank you! Chances are you’ve seen families face financial challenges. This includes how to fund their loved one’s future Quality of Living without jeopardizing Medicaid, SSI/SSDI and Waivers. You understand the risks they face.  Here, you will learn the key financial strategies these families should consider.  This webinar will help you be an even more valuable resource.

In 2015, we educated several dozen provider organizations in Iowa. Many now have regular sessions for the parent(s) of a person they serve, as well as their frontline staff.  The response has been overwhelming.  Please sign up, learn and help those you care for, work with and take care of.

If you are parent(s):
If you are parent(s) of a person with Special Needs, we are here to help you understand the key financial strategies to accomplish two goals, namely:
1. Identify and develop funding mechanisms to help ensure your loved one has the Quality of Living you want for them, even after you are no longer able to provide it.  And, do this while helping them get/keep eligibility for Medicaid, SSI/SSDI and/or Waivers.
2. Help you achieve the same financial goals other families strive to achieve, namely:
o Plan for your own retirement, etc., as well as…
o Plan to leave funds for your other loved ones after you are gone.

So, please join us for a free 45 minute webinar.  We offer several times to fit your schedule. In the future, depending on demand, we may offer Webinars on: ABLE Accounts (immediately, once operational in Iowa), Developing an Asset Map for your family; Special & Supplemental Needs Trusts – Building & Funding, etc.

When you sign up, please know we will NEVER share any information you provide with anyone.  And, when you participate in the Webinar, no one will know you are in attendance.

About Connect the Dots 4 Life:
We are financial professionals in West Des Moines, IA, and serve such families across the state.  We understand Medicaid, SSI/SSDI, Waivers, countable and non-countable assets and financial strategies.  We have a network of relationships.  We have open dialog with several dozen providers to the Special Needs community. We have negotiated with several law firms to provide cost-effective legal documents.  We have the right knowledge, processes and tools to help you.  We specifically focus on the Special Needs Community and the families with a person with Special Needs.

If we are effective, parents will have a financial strategy that:
• Helps continue eligibility for Medicaid, Waivers or SSI/SSDI
• Helps avoid spend down or Medicaid payback requirements.
• Provides supplemental funding to help your loved one receive the Quality of Living you want for them, long term.
• Helps you plan properly for your own retirement and legacy goals.
