Responsibilities include leadership and management of all aspects of Human Resources, including but not limited to: full cycle recruitment, employment and onboarding new hires and working with managers/staff to implement retention initiatives, performance management, implementation of HR policies and procedures, employee relations, payroll, compliance with federal and state employment laws, benefits and compensation, and data analysis to generate management and compensation reports. Four-year degree in business and/or human resources. Master’s Degree Preferred. Three to five years of progressive experience as an HR Manager. Minimum of three years supervisory experience. Experience with Ceridian HPW and Kronos Time and Attendance preferred. Proficient in MS Office, Publisher. Effective communication skills, time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and multi-task oriented.
Provides direct intervention services to children diagnosed with Autism and other related developmental disabilities. Position is under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor/Behavior Analyst. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field; training in behavioral supports; six months to one-year experience working directly with children/adolescents with Autism in an ABA program and in a structured setting. Determination of position will depend on the level of training, proficiency and program experience with specific teaching procedures of ITT and NET. Able to drive to clients’ homes, schools and provide service in the community as needed. RBT certification preferred.
This position provides services and clinical support for children and adolescents, diagnosed with ASD and other related developmental disabilities within a center-based clinic, school, home and/or community setting for clients ages 2-21. Responsible for supervision of behavior therapist level personnel; performing assessments and intakes and support of various activities requiring knowledge in behavior analysis. Requires a Master’s or Doctorate degree in related field; at least two years of BCBA certification; 5 years’ experience in the field of Behavior Analysis, and two years supervision of at least 10 behavior therapists/technicians/tutors.
Position is responsible for the daily leadership, management, and operations of the program, including supervision of all staff, training, coordination of direct services; fiscal responsibilities, program planning, reports as needed to BOD and National ES, procedural and legal compliance to include implementation of policies and procedures; supervision and maintenance of volunteer/student practicum/internship opportunities for college and high school students, budget planning and management, and maintains an awareness and active role in the changes/developments in the field in at a local, state and national level. Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education, special education, social work, or health related field; 4 years of progressive experience working with persons with disabilities, with 3 years in a management/supervisory role. Experience working with children ages 0 – 3 years old with special needs in the field or early intervention preferred.
This position provides occupational therapy services to children from 0 to 3 years old with special needs. Experience working with children in the field of early intervention preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required and must be a registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Provides speech language therapy services, apply principles and practices to children with special needs, and promote optimum speech language development. Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent and license to provide speech language therapy in Hawaii required. Experience working with children with special needs in the field of Early Intervention preferred.
This position provides care coordination and social work services for infants and toddlers with special needs and their families who are referred to us. Experience working with families who have children with special needs preferred. Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required. State of Hawaii licensure or eligible to be licensed in Hawaii is required. Driver's license and own personal vehicle also required.
This position is responsible to assist with the planning and implementation of a scheduled developmentally and educationally appropriate program of activities for children with special needs in a transdisciplinary model of service delivery, promoting optimum development. This position is under the direct supervision of the Early Intervention Program Manager. Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education required. One year minimum experience working as a special educator and experience working with children with special needs in the field of early intervention strongly preferred.
Provides physical therapy services, applying principles and practices to children with special needs, to promote optimum gross motor skills development. Bachelor’s degree and license to provide physical therapy in Hawaii required, experience in pediatrics and/or with children preferred.
Responsible for providing administrative support for the Kapolei EI Program Manager and Program, including assisting with reports, data collection and general administrative tasks for the Program. Prepares and submits invoices/payment processing; Serves as backup for Data Clerk. Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office Programs, such as excel, word, and access. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; valid driver’s license, insurable driving record. Successful experience managing multiple projects. Minimum of High School Diploma, with preference of two year degree. Minimum of one year administrative experience.
This position supervises Community Based Providers and/or Program Assistants, as well as maintains a caseload of participants in Adult Day Health program and support services for 15-20 participants. Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of experience working with DD population required. This position also requires a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
Provides personal assistance and care to adults with disabilities including activities of daily living in the Adult Day Health Program. HS diploma or equivalent is required. Experience with DD population is preferred.
These positions provide assistance and coaching to individuals with developmental disabilities to meet goals and outcomes that increase their independence, develop natural supports and friendships, and contribute to society. Positions will also coach individuals in a variety of goals, including socialization, communication, and money management. A High School diploma or equivalent is required, as well as a minimum of 24 hours’ experience working with DD population, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel to various parts of the island.
Responsible to work directly with job seekers to develop employment opportunities through evaluation and training, job development, onsite job coaching, and employer support. Documentation of progress and report writing required. High school diploma, CPR/First Aid certification, valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
