Human Resources Manager

Honolulu, Oahu (FT)

Responsibilities include management and administration of full cycle recruitment, employment and onboarding new hires and working with managers/staff to implement retention initiatives, performance management, implementation of HR policies and procedures, employee relations, compliance with federal and state employment laws, benefits and compensation, and data analysis to generate management and compensation reports. Four-year degree in business and/or human resources. Master’s Degree Preferred. Three to five years of progressive experience as an HR Manager. Minimum of three years supervisory experience. Experience with Ceridian HPW and Kronos Time and Attendance preferred. Proficient in MS Office, Publisher. Effective communication skills, time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and multi-task oriented.

Autism Services

Behavior Analyst, BCBA

Honolulu, Oahu (FT)

The Easter Seals Hawaii ABA/Autism program is a unique opportunity to work in a structured ABA/VB-based clinic. This position provides services and clinical support for children and adolescents diagnosed with ASD and other related developmental disabilities within a center-based clinic, school, home and/or community setting for clients ages 2-21. Responsible for supervision of behavior therapist level personnel; performing assessments and intakes and support of various activities requiring knowledge in behavior analysis. Requires a Master’s or Doctorate degree in related field; at least two years of BCBA certification; 5 years’ experience in the field of Behavior Analysis, and two years’ supervision of at least 10 behavior therapists/technicians/tutors.



Behavior Technician

Honolulu, Oahu (FT)

The Easter Seals Hawaii ABA/VB/AUT program is a unique opportunity to work in a structured ABA/VB-based clinic. The program is currently hiring for the position of Behavior Technician/Therapist. These positions provide direct intervention services to children diagnosed with Autism and other related developmental disabilities. Position is under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor/Behavior Analyst. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field; training in behavioral supports; six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working directly with children/adolescents with Autism in an ABA program and in a structured setting. Determination of position will depend on the level of training, proficiency and program experience with specific teaching procedures of ITT and NET. Candidates must have valid driver’s license, no-fault auto insurance, and access to reliable vehicle and be willing to drive to clients’ homes, schools and provide services in the community with the ability to work evenings and weekends if needed.



Early Intervention

Occupational Therapist

Honolulu, Oahu (PT)

This position provides occupational therapy services to children from 0 to 3 years old with special needs. Experience working with children in the field of early intervention preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required and must be a registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) by the American Occupational Therapy Association.



Speech-Language Pathologist

Hilo, Hawaii (FT)
Kailua, Oahu (PT)
Kauai (FT)

This position provides speech-language therapy services, apply principles and practices to children with special needs, and promote optimum speech-language development. Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent and license to provide speech-language therapy in Hawaii required. Experience working with children with special needs in the field of Early Intervention is preferred.



Special Education Teacher

Hilo, Hawaii (FT)
Kauai (FT)

This position is responsible to assist with the planning and implementation of a scheduled developmentally and educationally appropriate program of activities for children with special needs in a transdisciplinary model of service delivery, promoting optimum development. This position is under the direct supervision of the Early Intervention Program Manager. Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education required. One year minimum experience working as a special educator and experience working with children with special needs in the field of early intervention strongly preferred.



Social Worker/ Care Coordinator

Oahu (FT), Hilo, Hawaii (FT)

This position provides care coordination and social work services for infants and toddlers with special needs and their families who are referred to us. Experience working with families who have children with special needs preferred. Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required. State of Hawaii licensure or eligible to be licensed in Hawaii is required. Driver's license and own personal vehicle also required.



Home & Community Based Services

Personal Care Worker – Statewide (FT and PT)

Hawaii Island, Hawaii (PT/FT)
Kauai, Hawaii (PT/FT)
Maui, Hawaii (PT/FT)
Oahu, Hawaii (PT/FT)

This position provides personal care assistance and coaching to individuals with disabilities to meet goals and outcomes to increase their independence at an Adult Day Center or in the Community. Some of these goals will include but are not limited to: socialization, communication, and money management. High School Diploma or equivalent required, six (6) months experience working/ volunteering (or caring for) with the Developmentally Disabled population, valid driver's license, and ability to travel to various parts of the island.
Positions located throughout all Islands. Hours vary. Full-Time, Part-Time, and On-Call. Weekday & Weekend positions available.



Case Coordinator

Honolulu, Oahu (FT)
Kapaa, Kauai (FT)
Kapolei, Oahu (FT)

This position supervises Community Based Providers and/or Program Assistants, as well as maintains a caseload of participants in Adult Day Health program and support services for 15-20 participants. Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of experience working with DD population required. This position also requires a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
