Easterseals is changing the way the world views and defines disability, and we see disability as that which stands in the way of your success. Chronic un- or underemployment, criminal records, poverty, and other difficult life situations are a kind of disability, and we treat them accordingly. We deliver one-on-one attention, finding solutions to the unique challenges faced by each individual and getting you the support you need to find sustainable employment. Programs include:
Our skilled trade training programs. Participants focus on an industry-specific pathway in either Construction or Manufacturing. Our social enterprise Building Value and our Packaging and Fulfillment Centers offer ample opportunity for paid, on-the-job training, as well as opportunities to earn industry-recognized certifications. Easterseals’ community relationships also provide a network of prospective employers after completing the training programs. The Career Pathways are funded in part by United Way of Greater Cincinnati. To learn more, call Adriana at 513-386-6841.
