The individuals we serve set goals and plans for personal and professional development. They work with Service Coordinators and Job Coaches to meet their goals. They are provided a variety of opportunities to learn and grow in the community alongside peers, neighbors, and prospective employers. They are exposed to new experiences and relationships so that they keep setting new goals and dreaming big. Programs include:

AgrAbility

Promoting success in agriculture for Ohio's farmers and farm families coping with a disability or long-term health condition. If you or someone you know would like more information about how AgrAbility can assist you, email Ohio AgrAbility. A partnership with The Ohio State University and Easterseals.

Community Employment Services

Comprehensive support from the beginning of the job search through early employment. Participants set employment goals and work with Easterseals to identify the best plan to reach them. Supports include resume assistance, interview preparation, training opportunities, networking, and job coaching during the first few months of employment to ensure success.

Because every person is in a different place on the path to employment, Easterseals offers a variety of programs to meet each person where they are and encourage their development. We offer:

Works of Heart

Social enterprises in which people with disabilities, as paid employees, create art and participate in the marketing and sales of their pieces.
