Our Community Housing program is located in Sheridan, Wyoming. It consists of four family-style residences located across the community and a 10-unit supervised, assisted living style apartment complex, with easy access to a variety of community activities and services.
Participants with developmental disabilities or acquired brain injuries receive individualized support including assistance with activities of daily living, community inclusion, transportation, adult educational supports and social and leisure skill development. Services for each participant are developed around his or her desires, goals, strengths, abilities, needs, health, safety and life span issues.
Privacy is very important to our program success and each facility is designed so that every participant has their own private bedroom furnished with their personal belongings.
Easter Seals Wyoming is a licensed provider of Home and Community-Based Medicaid Waiver services through the Wyoming Department of Health, Division of Developmental Disabilities.
