Camp and Recreation Services

Easter Seals Eastern PA offers a number of programs that provide summer and year-round recreation opportunities for children and adults with disabilities. We invite you to review the wide array of options and try as many as you can. Our programs are designed to provide endless opportunities for learning and fun in a safe and inclusive environment. Pre-registration is required. Click on the links below to view detailed program information and application materials.


Summer Day Camp:
Camp Lily Lehigh Valley
Camp Lily Berks
Ages 8 to young adult, over 21 as appropriate; week-long program; Monday through Friday, 9am-3pm

Summer Overnight Camp:
Growing Green
Ages 10 to young adult, over 21 as appropriate; week-long camp; Sunday after lunch to Friday after lunch; located at the Pocono Environmental Education Center

Summer LEAP (Learning, Enrichment and Partnership):
Volunteer, explore career options, develop peer networks and discover recreational activities in the community. Ages 13-25; week-long; Monday through Friday, 9am-2pm

Evening Recreation (September through May):
Teens and young adults enjoy getting together to socialize and participate in a variety of fun activities, like dancing, bowling, parties, crafts, music, dining out, cooking, listening to music and just hanging out.
Hangin' Out - Lehigh Valley (Fridays 6:30-8:30pm; 9 week sessions)
Hang Time - Reading (Fridays 6-8pm; 8 week sessions) 

Saturday Respite (September through May):
Organized like a mini day camp, participants play games, make and eat snacks, play sports, watch movies and have fun together. Ages 5 and older plus potty-trained siblings.
Allentown (2nd and 4th Saturday of each month, 10am-4pm)
Reading (1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, 10am-4pm)
