Easterseals Welcomes New Vice President of Finance and Administration

Easterseals Delaware & Maryland’s Eastern Shore recently welcomed Samuel Winder as the new Vice President of Finance and Administration. Winder has over 20 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Manufacturing, and Telecommunications.

Winder joins Easterseals after 11 years at JP Morgan Chase & Co. as an Executive Director for Chase Card Services Pricing Controls and Finance. He also held several high-ranking positions at Bank of America, including Senior Vice President in Finance.

“I am excited to be part of the Easterseals organization and to bring my expertise to help continue the mission to serve even more people with disabilities in Delaware and on Maryland’s Eastern Shore,” Winder said.

Winder received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Morgan State University and his Master’s Degree in Finance from Duke University. He also is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, and Certified Financial Manager. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Institute of Management Accountants.
