Easter Seals doors are open—we’re here to help military families. In fact, we’ve been supporting military service members, veterans, their families and families of the fallen since World War II. Military service members, veterans and their families can take part in all of our service offerings—from medical rehabilitation and autism services, to respite, camping and recreation, caregivers support and adult day programs.
Easter Seals Adult Day Services provide appropriate support to veterans with disabilities. Easter Seals adult day time care services provide appropriate support to younger adults with disabilities, and a chance to live satisfying lives in their communities. Easter Seals partners with families to ensure a continuation of their high-standards of care and benefits both participants and their caregivers.
For adults with physical disabilities, including veterans, the Personal Attendant Services program (PAS) allows people with disabilities to maintain independent lifestyles, to live in the community and make choices concerning their personal assistant needs. Individuals who take part in the Personal Attendant Services Program choose and hire their own Personal Attendant and work with them based on their individual needs.

You are a caregiver if you provide social or physical support to an aging relative or friend, or to a person who is disabled. If so, you are a caregiver...and there are many services and supports available to you and the person for whom you are caring.
